PangaO PG-IRT1615 Infrared forehead thermometer is a versatile infrared thermometer for touch-free forehead measurements, in-ear readings and object-surface temperature checks. It provides results in approximately one second and features a three-colour backlit display, silent operation, selectable °C/°F units and memory for 32 readings.
Description
PangaO PG-IRT1615 Infrared forehead thermometer monitor temperature quickly and conveniently with the Pangao PG-IRT1615 Infrared Thermometer. This CE-marked medical device is designed for body-temperature measurement and monitoring in infants, children and adults.
The thermometer offers three measurement modes for different situations. Forehead mode provides a touch-free reading from a distance of 1–5 mm, while ear mode measures temperature using an infrared probe positioned inside the ear canal. Object mode can be used to check the surface temperature of items such as bathwater, baby bottles, food and other objects without immersing the thermometer.
Measurements are displayed in approximately one second on a clear digital LCD. Green, orange and red backlighting provides an immediate visual temperature indication, while the built-in memory stores the 32 most recent readings to help users monitor changes over time.
The sound can be switched off for quiet measurements, making the thermometer particularly convenient when checking the temperature of a sleeping child. Temperature can be displayed in either Celsius or Fahrenheit.
The PG-IRT1615 operates using two AAA batteries and switches off automatically after 15 seconds of inactivity to conserve battery power.
