Where applicable, customers must provide a valid professional licence or other relevant qualification. In Sweden, customers do not need to be affiliated with a company or clinic to purchase from us. We may request identification and documentation to verify professional status or qualifications, and orders may be refused where required documentation cannot be provided.

Delivery & payment
Yes, delivery times may differ by country, destination and selected shipping method. Our normal shipping lead time is 1–2 working days. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. are generally dispatched the same day. Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout, and products with a longer or different delivery time are clearly identified on the product page. We accept Visa, Mastercard and invoice payments. Invoice payment is subject to a credit check before payment terms are approved.
