Booking and cancellation
When you book a place on one of our courses, you commit to attending. If you do not cancel in time and do not show up, you will be charged a fee of SEK 5,000.

Cancellation of your place must be made no later than 72 hours before the start of the course. If the cancellation is made later, the full course fee will be charged.

Arrival and punctuality
You must arrive on time for the course. If you are late, you risk not being admitted, and the course fee will not be refunded.

Course implementation
We reserve the right to cancel the course at any time without prior notice. In such cases, we will refund the course fee or offer a rebooking to a later course date.

We reserve the right to film and photograph during the course for marketing purposes. By participating, you agree that your participation may be documented and used in our marketing.

Models and materials
We do not provide models during our courses. Participants are expected to arrange any models required for practical exercises themselves. Models booked by participants must wait outside the premises until they are called in for treatment.

All materials used during the course are provided by Fillerdepot.com Academy and are included in the course fee, unless otherwise stated.

Participant requirements
Only licensed doctors, nurses, and dentists may attend theory lessons and injection treatments. Clinic owners, skin therapists, and models are not allowed in the room during these sessions.

Skin therapists may attend treatments that do not involve injections, such as chemical peels, microneedling, and similar procedures.
