Prices for businesses
All prices quoted are aimed at businesses and exclude Swedish VAT at 25%. Swedish VAT will be added at checkout for businesses based in Sweden. Businesses within the EU are asked to provide a valid VAT number when placing an order. If the VAT number provided is not valid, the order will be canceled, or Swedish VAT will be charged retrospectively. Companies outside the EU are requested to provide their organization number. VAT and any customs duties will be charged by the customs authorities of the respective country upon import.
Payment
Card payment
Payment for our products is made exclusively by credit card, and we currently only accept VISA and MasterCard.
When entering your card details, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your email address, name, and phone number.
For your security, we do not store your card number. However, we do retain certain information related to your payment card to make it easier for you to make future purchases from us.
When a transaction is completed, the money is debited directly from your card and transferred to our account.
Invoice payment
If you choose to pay by invoice, a credit check will be carried out either on you as an individual or on your company. This is a necessary step to ensure a secure payment process.
By clicking on “complete purchase” or by creating an account with us, you confirm and agree that this credit check may be carried out in connection with your purchase.
What happens if I don’t pay the invoice?
It is important that all invoices are paid within the specified time frame. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that repeated late payments will result in the option to pay by invoice being disabled. Please note that the card payment option will remain available in all circumstances.
Right of withdrawal
When purchasing medical products from us, please be aware that these products are subject to special return policy conditions. If you open the product, we cannot accept a return for safety reasons.
Due to the medical nature of these products, we may also refuse repurchases even if the product has not been opened.
We ask that you carefully consider your decision before breaking the product seal to ensure quality and safety for our customers.
Delivery
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is specified at checkout depending on the selected shipping method. For products with a different delivery time, this will be clearly stated in the product description.
Unclaimed parcels
If you have chosen cash on delivery as your payment method, your package will be available for collection at the post office for up to two weeks. Packages that are not collected within this time will be returned to us. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a fee for return shipping, administration, and handling for uncollected packages. The current fee is SEK 150.
By completing your purchase, you agree to the above delivery terms.
Returns and exchanges
General provisions
If you wish to return a product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or you have received the wrong item. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Return method
Returned products must be sent either as a letter or a package. Do not send returns cash on delivery.
Exchanges
For products that are to be exchanged for another item, we will cover the shipping costs for the new product sent from us to you.
Measures in case of right of withdrawal
If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal regarding an item, you must return the item to us. In the case of a service, you should keep the associated material available to us, as long as this does not cause you any inconvenience.
By completing your purchase, you accept our return and exchange conditions.
Refund
Refund period
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid for the goods as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the date we received the goods back or, in the case of a service, from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
Return costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, with the exception of so-called replacement goods, where we cover the return cost.
