  Preluma (250 ml) by TWINE Medicals is a professional mineralized rinse-off cleanser developed as the preparatory step within the Dermomineral Revitalization protocol.

  Designed specifically for skin preparation before Minepeel, Preluma helps remove excess sebum, impurities and surface residues while maintaining hydration and comfort. Unlike cleansing products focused solely on removing impurities, its formulation combines targeted cleansing with ingredients selected to support skin hydration, surface balance and conditioning before professional treatment.

  The formula contains a mineral complex with copper, zinc and magnesium, alongside Saccharide Isomerate, Sodium Hyaluronate, Glycerin and Betaine to support hydration and reduce the feeling of post-cleansing tightness.

  Additional osmolytes and skin-conditioning components support surface comfort, while Niacinamide and a stabilized Vitamin C derivative contribute to antioxidant care and a fresher, more even-looking skin appearance.

  Preluma is primarily intended for use before Minepeel, creating a clean, hydrated and comfortable starting surface before controlled professional skin renewal. It may also be incorporated into selected professional deep-cleansing protocols, including ultrasonic cleansing, microdermabrasion, vacuum-based cleansing and ozone-based treatments, according to practitioner judgement and clinic protocol.
