Stylage Bi-SOFT XL (2×1 ml) is a volumising HA dermal filler developed for facial volume restoration and contour enhancement. Formulated with cross-linked hyaluronic acid using IPN-Like technology and enriched with mannitol, it is designed to help restore lost volume while supporting a smooth and natural-looking result.
This filler is best suited for deeper facial treatments, particularly in areas such as the cheeks, jawline, chin, temples, and facial oval. It is commonly used where strong lifting capacity and structural support are required, making it more appropriate for deep volume loss than for fine lines or superficial wrinkles.
Stylage Bi-SOFT XL is intended for injection into the deep dermis or subcutaneous tissue by trained professionals. Some sources also describe use in deeper structural areas, but the most consistently verified injection guidance is deep dermis to subcutaneous.
