Dermaren L’Eclat 365 mg is an injectable collagen biostimulator designed for gradual facial volume restoration and structural skin improvement. Each vial contains 150 mg of Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA), which stimulates the body’s own collagen production over time for progressive, natural-looking results.
Unlike traditional hyaluronic acid fillers that primarily provide immediate physical volume, L’Eclat works progressively by supporting new collagen formation within the treated tissue.
Description
Dermaren L’Eclat 365 mg is a Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA) collagen biostimulator developed for patients requiring gradual restoration of facial volume, support of deeper facial structures and improvement of wrinkles and folds.
After administration into the appropriate dermal or subcutaneous tissue plane, PLLA particles stimulate fibroblast activity and new collagen formation. As collagen develops progressively, the treated area gains structural support and volume over time rather than relying solely on an immediate filling effect.
This makes L’Eclat particularly suited to treatments where progressive volume restoration and collagen stimulation are the primary objectives. Documented treatment areas include the cheeks, nasolabial folds and marionette lines, while additional professional product documentation also references areas such as the temples and chin.
